Refund policy

At Hussain Store, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the date you receive your order.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in resalable condition


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments, innerwear, or bodysuits

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or discount

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


When We Accept Full Refund or Replacement

We will offer a full refund or free replacement if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The size or color is different from what was ordered

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or video proof.


Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet).

  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.


Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or size issue, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
