Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

When We Accept Full Refund or Replacement
We will offer a full refund or free replacement if:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos or video proof.
Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet).

Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping

If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
